I have a degree in Physics and also studied Psychology at University. I have worked in the field of Hypnosis since 1982 and gained my first diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in 1984 after which I went into part time practice. My area of speciality is the enhancement of confidence for: Overcoming anxiety and depression Public speaking of all kinds including technical presentations The overcoming of nerves if faced with examinations or that all important driving test Enabling you to perform to the best of your ability if you've have a vital job interview coming up. In addition, I have extensive experience over many years in Meditation techniques from a variety of comtemplative traditions and can offer guidance in the Mindfulness of Breathing approach to those clients looking for an effective remedy to excessive stress and feelings of anxiety. I also teach self hypnosis for natural relaxation as an integral part of therapy.
